On Trend: Enamel Pins

Dave Chapelle Set by Allways Holdn @ TaylorandSonsGifts on Etsy

Last year I started to notice cute little pins popping up in magazines and websites with cool phrases and pictures. Apparently I was already pretty late to the party as a quick google search led me to articles in 2015 and even 2014. Even with that being said, in the last six months or so, i feel like there has been a true explosion of the enamel pin selection, especially the ones representing Black culture. You no longer have to look far, websites and business are collaborating with pin makers to make special collections and these things are selling like hot cakes. There is definitely something out there for everyone. I did a little etsy search and quickly got lost down the enamel pin rabbit hole, they have hundreds! Trap kings, cat ladies, and nerds will all find plenty of pins that speak to their spirit. Here are a few of the the standouts that have spoken to mine.

Currently Pintrill is my favorite pin store, but I clearly like to shop around. What are you getting? Where do you shop for pins?
